The Problem

ODOT’s district offices in Jacksontown and Delaware, Ohio, needed comprehensive mechanical renovations including chillers, boilers and HVAC systems.

 

The Solution

GTC updated these systems in a phased construction plan while both buildings were occupied. We implemented low-maintenance, energy-efficient solutions for heating and cooling while completing the project on time and on budget.

Our Installation Included
  • Four new chillers
  • Replacement of chilled water pumps with variable frequency drives (VFDs)
  • Replacement of air handling units and pumps in HVAC systems
  • Upgraded HVAC control systems
  • Four new boilers
  • Replacement of household hazardous waste pumps
